WHAT IS THE STUDIO ADDRESS? Because our studio is residential and we respect the privacy of our neighbors, we do not publish our address or make it widely available to the public. Once you enroll, an email confirmation will be sent to you containing our exact location.
WHAT DO I BRING? Please keep toys, cups, pacifiers, etc. out of sight and finish all snacks prior to class. Nuts are not allowed in the studio at any time. Dress comfortably. For children, bare feet are best!
WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS? Please notify your teacher if you cannot make a class. You may makeup missed sessions in other age appropriate classes on a space available basis. Schedule at least one business day in advance by email or phone.
CAN MORE THAN ONE ADULT ATTEND? If there is more than one parent, we welcome both parents at any time! In fact we encourage both parents to attend if possible. Children especially benefit from the extra support, love and reinforcement. Due to the limited size of our studio, however, other adults may not attend without pre-approval. Please make your request at least one business day in advance by by email or phone.
CAN MORE THAN ONE CHILD ATTEND? Due to the limited size of our studio and the delicacy of class settings, classes can only accommodate non-enrolled siblings when the sibling is young enough to stay contented in a car carrier or stroller. Emergency exceptions are considered.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? Tuition and materials can be refunded if your request to withdraw is received a minimum of 5 business days prior to the first day of class. After class begins, prorated tuition refunds or credit may be given if extenuating circumstances require withdrawal. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. A $20 registration fee (included in your tuition) and opened home materials are non-refundable at all times. Refunds will be mailed within 7-10 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR ILLNESS POLICY? Keep your child at home if he or she is contagious and/or has a fever, moderate drainage (clear or discolored) from the mouth, nose, eyes, or ears, red discoloration to the whites of the eye(s), skin rashes, severe abdominal pain, vomiting or diarrhea. Children should not return to school until they have been fever-free for 24 hours. Please notify us immediately if your child is diagnosed with a communicable disease. We will notify the community while keeping you child's name confidential.
